A solid start to the series, I think it hilights some of Teds stronger character traits perfectly. It also gives a particularly great insight to Marshall's character (which as an uber fan, I loved). I also have to give credit to the editing, the real time split screens were a great touch.

The gang exceeds Barney's expectations when throwing him a bachelor party and they trick him beyond belief! In my opinion they are just trying to stretch the series and won't get to the discovery of the kids mother just yet.

Pretty epic episode! Very confusing with the time references. Ted mentions that he will meet his kids mother pretty soon. Might the famous series be coming to an end? If so, I hope it reruns for many years.

This episode is about the memories. Ted looks back at one cold August night when Barney was trying to convince him to go to Robots vs Wrestlers - The Legends. A lot of amazing things happened that night but I enjoyed an argument between Robin and Marshall the most.

It's one of the best comedy series I've ever seen. I also is romantic, it tells a great story about a guy named Ted, whom we first meet when he is 27 years old and two of his best friends have just engaged, which is why he starts searching for love of his live himself.

In this episode Marshall is taking his vengeance on Lily for not spending enough time with him and pretend to be in a gay marriage with Ted for a while. Also, Robin tries to arrange the selling of Barney's apartment, but then she realizes, that it would change her fiancé's lifestyle too much.

The fortress of "Barneytude" gets put up for sale! Will Barney let it go without a fight? Lily has been working too much for the captain, so much that it has driven Marshal to play "for the other team".

Barney is having trouble letting go of the past as we see in this episode he desperately tries to get Ted back in the dating gam, using the infamous playbook, after a Ted suffered a horrible yet necessary break up with Janet. Robin finds out and we once again cringe about the strength of their relationship. Meanwhile Marshall and Lilly go through one of Marshalls cute awkward moments again as they visit an art exhibit.

Yet another great episode. Ted and Janet finally broke up and he is getting closer and closer to finding the love of his life. Barney and Robin had a big argument about the playbook (it turns out that Barney has a copy of it) but thankfully they managed to work things out. Although, at first it seemed like Marshall's presence at an art exhibition would be a nail in the coffin to his wife career it actually was beneficial.

In this episode we found out about the encounter our group of friends had with Captain and the influence it had on Lily's future. Also, Barney presents yet another of his legendary moves from" the Playbook".

We got to know some details about Ted's last girlfriend in this episode. Also, there were some secret revealed, regarding the first time, when Robin had to take care of her best friend's son. Crazy story!

I liked the entire episode 'landmark'. there is drama, fun and everything that i was looking for. i like very much the section, where ted faces a situation that is concerned with his future. i think his feelings are genuine.

This episode is about obsession in relationship. Ted meets a girl, who admits she "can't stand not meeting him" all of the sudden. When his friends got to know about that they advice him to break up as soon as he can. Throughout the episode however, the audience acknowledged, that they too have done some crazy stuff because of love. Inspired by that, Ted decided to try to know his new girl better.

I didn't really enjoy this episode. That's because of Lily's constant over excitement about her birthday, it ruined the whole story. Also, there was nothing that made me interested. The only funny moment was when Robin tried to caught Barney looking in on a photo.

Barney has a date with Anita, who turns out to be an author of a book in which she described methods to avoid meeting guys who only want to sleep with girls. It also emerged that it was Robin who asked her to go out with Barney in order to "teach him a lesson" after he was bragging about sleeping with casual girls while she still wasn't able to come over her recent break up. When her ex-boyfriend find out about that he felt really sorry and decided to make it up to her by organizing a very romantic diner on which she went with Don. I love how sincere Barney was at that moment!

There was a new lawyer hired in Marshall's office and since it was a women he worried that it may make Lily jealous. However, surprisingly it didn't and that make him wondering why is that. He got to know that he is a "reacher" in their marriage. Meanwhile it seems like Robin finally got some fans, but it emerged that they made a drinking game out of her. Robin concocted a cruel plan to take vengeance on them for that.

Watching this episode, the audience can learn very important thing: it was the time when Ted got to know about his future wife existence. They had a lot of things in common, as he mentioned several times. Meanwhile Barney accepted another challenging quest: to seduce a hot bartender. He was so dedicated to his task, that he even decided to "suit down".

Ted finally gets his chance to go on a date with Maggie, a girl he always wanted to be with since college times. Unfortunately, his plans didn't work out well, because she met a friend from her childhood. As we later learn, they got married, and Ted himself claims that this was the second best love story he ever heard of. Barney accepted another hilarious challenge - he decided to seduce a woman wearing Marshall's old overalls.
